WFS Ltd is the Federal Buying and Administration Co-operative currently servicing the Agricultural Co-operatives and Farmer-owned Businesses in Wales and the Borders.

Established in 1972 and based in Abersytwyth, WFS had a turnover of £23.5 million in 2005. The Company acquired the business interests of Border Distribution Ltd, a Gardening, DIY and Hardware Wholesaler, in September 1999 and formed the wholly owned subsidiary Border Distribution 2000 Ltd. At the end of 2004 Border incorporated the Staff and Assets of Radnor Garden Supplies Ltd to form the RGS Amenity Division. Group turnover for 2005 was over £26 million.
