Economic pressures on the Agricultural Supply Industry, together with CCF Ltd's withdrawal of support, have forced the Board into a fundamental restructuring of the business. This has resulted in the decision to pull out of the Invoicing/Payment cycle and close the Aberystwyth Admin Centre. The aim is to complete this by the beginning of June 2006.

As a consequence there will be severe staff losses at the Aberystwyth centre, with Dan Downes and Cheryl Stubbs leaving in February and Owen Jenkins, Jean Glennie, Sam Evans and Maddy Richardson finishing when the Aberystwyth office closes.

The business will move forward based at the Distribution site in Craven Arms, Shropshire, with John Rees heading the business and looking after the Group Purchasing function and Hywel Davies managing Finance and Operations.
